Friends for Peace (FFP) is a non-gover nmental, non-profit organization established in May 2004 with a view to facilitate and contribute to sustainable peace building in Nepal. It works with local and international partners on specific issues of concern, convenes workshops for the sharing of experiences on peace processes from around the world and tries to be a leading peace institute providing critical information to a range of actors on conflict-related issues. It also aims at enhancing the capacity of Nepalese and other researchers to undertake researches on various dimensions of conflict resolution and peacebuilding. Friends for Peace is committed to make persistent efforts that its activities reflect the genuine voices and concerns of the grassroots people for peace.
